Pharaoh Hound Championship Show: Good
young dog to start the day with. Reasonable outline, decent head, eye
& ear, good neck, moderate angles all through, decent bone &
knuckled feet. Would benefit from a couple of extra pounds as his light
condition only emphasized his immaturity & rawness. Quite sound on
the move. With maturity will, I am sure, Hit the high spots. Judge; Paul Singleton Blackpool: Really smart young dog of excellent type & quality, Good head, well set ears, Good neck & shoulders, very good feet, well bodied, good depth of brisket, strong loin. Clitheroe &DKA:
I have judged this dog previously and given him Best of Breed, today he
was my best A.V.N.S.C. and Group winner! He was beautifully presented
and sympathetically handled to get the best out of him in a small ring.
He has a super masculine head, strong well arched neck and clean
shoulders. Correct straight front and good limbs stands four square on
good feet. Well conditioned rear quarters gave a sound driving action.
Unfortunately for Best in Show he could not do himself justice in a
small ring with slippy mats. What a pity!! Judge; Mrs Toni Agnew Deane: Litter brother and sister, each with their own qualities to admire. rich tan male, full of quality, beautiful head, eye and expression, masculine outlook without coarseness. Graceful yet strong neck, plenty of depth of chest, overall appearance of balance & correct body proportions. Pleasing topline & strong muscled powerful quarters, picture of elegance, grace & purpose, yet power. BOB Judge; Pamela Mottershaw. |

Crufts: I
like this dog very much. His head is of good length with correct
planes, good eye shape & colour & well set ears. I would prefer
less stop but this doesn't spoil his expression. Strong neck, OK in
shoulder & good return of upper arm, correct height to length ratio
& good topline, good depth of brisket for his age, sound
hindquaters with correct angulation & a good tailset &
carriage. He moved with good stride length & positive footfalls
& was the soundest dog in the class. In very good condition.
Pleased to award him RCC & would love to see him in a couple of years when he's fully mature. Judge; Deborah Diamond |

2 year old longer caste male than 1st. Having a very attractive well
chiseled head and expression. Needs to firm up in pastern and over all
body. Tended to lose his top line. Movement was not settled or accurate. Judge; Graham Hill Border Counties Hounds: Nice dog, good colour, moved well but tail a bit gay. BOB Judge; Edith Wallace. Humberside Hound Association: Good quality hound, good head, eye. lovely expression, held ears well, good reach of neck, nice lay back of shoulder, deep chest, strong loin, good quarters, well turned stifle. Unfortunately did not give of his best when on the move due to injury on shoulder. Would have gone a little further if he was completely sound, lets hope it heals up completely soon. Judge; Denys Simpson. I would like to add that Rhade did not have a shoulder injury or any other sort of injury at this show, the judge was judging a large amount of classes and he may of got mixed up |
