We were being Judged at 10 o clock but we arrived early to avoid the rush hour, our judge for the breed classes was Barbra Brooker who is the secretary of the Pharaoh Hound Club.

Rhade was in the open dog class were there were 15 entries which is the biggest class of Pharaohs I have been in. After the judge had seen them all she made a cut of 7 dogs and Rhade was pulled out first and then was placed VHC which is 5th but in front of him were Int. Champions and Multi Champions which have been shown in Europe so he did very well.

Ishta was entered in Special Puppy class and was awarded second place behind her sister Kiya who was awarded BPIB.

Verdi with his best in training cup We took Verdi and Sonic ring craft in Blackpool. This is only their second time at ring craft and they both behaved very well for young Pups.

At the end of the evening the trainer explained that they give out two cups.

One most improved and one for best in training. David and Verdi were presented with the best in training cup and were told that they both did very well and were a delight to train.

Sonic in the ring On the 1 August we took our 2 boys that we kept from our second litter to their first show. At the Hounds Association Championship show we were first in the changed ring and both boys coped well with the crowds and noise.

They both moved out well and the judge J L'Estrange-West took a while to place the boys.

She placed Sonic 1st Verdi 2nd but we were proud of the boys because they had beaten an 11 month old dog who had done quite a bit of showing.

They both did their parents proud.
